About The Position

As Marketplace Growth Manager, you'll own the strategy and execution for Halo's marketplace business outside of Amazon, Walmart, and Chewy. You'll be responsible for growing existing channels, launching new marketplaces, and identifying new opportunities to reach customers. This is a highly entrepreneurial role for someone who enjoys building new sales channels, solving problems, and delivering measurable business growth. You'll work closely with the Director of Marketplaces and cross-functional teams across marketing, eCommerce, creative, and operations.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on marketplace management/ advertising experience.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to respond quickly and effectively to performance trends.
  • Experience managing large budgets through peak retail periods.
  • Clear communicator with strong documentation and reporting habits.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience with TikTok Shop and Amazon AMS/DSP is a nice to have, but not required
  • Bonus points if you love dogs 🐾

Responsibilities

  • Lead Marketplace Growth: Execute the strategy, performance, and growth of Halo's third-party (3P) marketplace business across channels such as eBay, Best Buy Marketplace, and future marketplace launches.
  • Manage Halo's wholesale eCommerce and dropship partnerships (1P), including retailers such as Lowe's, Petco, and PetSmart, partnering with internal and external stakeholders to deliver growth and execution.
  • Evaluate and prioritize new marketplace and retail eCommerce opportunities, developing launch plans that support long-term growth.
  • Develop growth strategies for each marketplace.
  • Manage TikTok Shop Agency Relationship: Coordinate projects, timelines, and deliverables. Review listings, creative assets, paid media, and promotional campaigns. Ensure all work aligns with Halo's brand standards and business objectives.
  • Paid Growth & Reporting: Manage marketplace advertising programs where available. Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve return on investment. Deliver clear, actionable reporting to leadership with insights and recommendations. Translate complex performance data into concise narratives that inform strategy and investment decisions. Work cross-functionally with the Director of Wholesale and Accounting teams.
  • Optimize Content & Listings: Improve product listings through compelling titles, descriptions, images, enhanced content, videos, and merchandising. Partner with creative teams to develop marketplace-specific content that drives conversion.
