Responsible for supervising the activities of all F&B team members during a shift, ensuring all functional job duties are performed according to established company policies. This role involves ensuring prompt, professional, and courteous guest service, building guest relationships, and leading the team to deliver superior service. The Shift Manager will also manage staffing levels according to forecasted volume and budgetary guidelines, maintain communication between shifts, and ensure adherence to all company and department policies and procedures. Additionally, this position requires monitoring business levels, assisting with training new team members, maintaining sanitation standards, managing inventory, and acting as a role model for the team.
