About The Position

GC AI is seeking a Designer to be responsible for the visual identity of the company across all platforms. This role involves both creative direction and hands-on execution, establishing visual guidelines that will scale with the company's growth and creating assets for the website, marketing, sales, and brand presence. The designer will manage the website, design systems, and ensure brand consistency across all channels, acting as the primary contact for design-related tasks from website updates to social media content and sales materials. The ideal candidate will possess a holistic understanding of design systems and user experience, coupled with a drive to produce daily deliverables that contribute to revenue and brand recognition. This position offers a significant opportunity to influence GC AI's market positioning, category definition, and visual communication with customers and the broader market, shaping the identity of a pioneering company.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of design experience in a B2B software space
  • Experience with Sanity or a similar web builder
  • Extreme taste - we follow Sarah Guo's
  • Strong portfolio that demonstrates excellence across web, digital, and marketing design.
  • Experience developing and managing scalable design systems.
  • Ability to balance high-level brand strategy with executional detail.
  • Strong collaboration skills and comfort working cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Product.
  • Capacity to manage multiple projects and priorities on tight timelines.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with an early-stage series A/B start-up company.
  • Being located in the San Francisco Bay Area.
  • Previously have worked in the AI or Legal Tech space.
  • motion graphics, video editing, or 3D design experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead design across all marketing and sales channels, including website, social media, email, events, and collateral.
  • Own and evolve the GC AI design system to ensure brand consistency across every asset and interaction.
  • Manage and update the GC AI website (Currently Framer, but switching to Sanity or similar), balancing usability, conversion, and brand expression.
  • Create visual assets for demand gen campaigns, thought leadership, and events, from digital ads to presentation decks.
  • Partner with Content, Demand Gen, Product Marketing, Sales and Leadership to ensure design supports revenue goals.
  • Develop and maintain templates (slides, one-pagers, case studies) to support scalable, high-quality execution across the team.
  • Manage third-party creative agencies on various projects if needed.
