About The Position

The VA Group is looking for a Web Designer with strong experience designing high-converting landing pages and sales funnels for e-commerce and D2C brands. This role is ideal for someone who understands how great design supports conversion, can research competitor funnels, and can translate marketing goals into clean, strategic landing page designs in Figma.

Requirements

  • Strong background in web design, landing page design, or funnel design.
  • Proficiency in Figma is required.
  • Experience designing landing pages for e-commerce or D2C brands is highly required.
  • Strong understanding of sales funnels, conversion-focused design, and customer journey.
  • Ability to research competitor funnels and translate insights into effective design ideas.
  • Experience designing advertorials, listicles, product landing pages, and offer pages.
  • Strong visual design skills, including layout, typography, spacing, and mobile responsiveness.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Headset: USB headset with noise cancellation
  • Webcam: Working webcam
  • Computers: Primary and backup computer with at least i5 to i7 processor and 8GB RAM
  • Internet: Main internet service speed of at least 25 Mbps wired connection; backup internet speed of at least 10 Mbps

Nice To Haves

  • Experience using Replo to build landing pages and sales funnels.
  • Experience working with Shopify brands.
  • Familiarity with direct-response marketing, CRO, paid media landing pages, or performance marketing.
  • Previous work with beauty, health, wellness, supplement, or consumer product brands.

Responsibilities

  • Research competitor websites, landing pages, and sales funnels to identify design trends, conversion strategies, and opportunities.
  • Design high-converting landing pages and sales funnel pages in Figma.
  • Create layouts that are visually appealing, conversion-focused, and aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Design pages inspired by successful D2C and e-commerce funnels, including product pages, advertorials, listicles, and offer pages.
  • Collaborate with the team to turn campaign objectives into polished landing page concepts.
  • Build or support landing pages in Replo when needed.
  • Ensure designs are optimized for both desktop and mobile experiences.
  • Apply e-commerce best practices to improve user flow, clarity, trust, and conversion rates.
