In this role, you’ll work with our clients to take their employer brand and turn it into a high-converting, beautiful digital experience.

Requirements

Proficiency in Figma
Solid understanding of website development
3+ years experience in web design, with a portfolio that highlights UX/UI projects
Comprehensive understanding of web accessibility (WCAG)
Exceptional communication skills

Nice To Haves

Specific experience with HR tech or career sites is a major plus

Responsibilities

Work with clients to take their employer brand and turn it into a high-converting, beautiful digital experience.
Design with empathy for the stressed job seeker.
Look at click-through rates and bounce rates to validate design decisions.
Design inclusive experiences for a diverse global audience.
Articulate design rationale to external clients and guide stakeholders through the creative process.
Translate diverse client brand guidelines into polished, high-fidelity web designs that resonate with specific candidate personas.
Design intuitive user interfaces and navigation paths that minimize friction in the job application process.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously for external clients, ensuring on-time delivery without sacrificing quality.
Conduct design discovery sessions with customers to uncover their needs and translate them into functional web layouts.
Ensure designs are responsive and accessible, maintaining a high-quality experience across all devices and browsers.
Collaborate with technical implementation teams to ensure designs are feasible and executed accurately within a platform’s constraints.
Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate constructive feedback to reach a final, approved product.
