Requirements

  • +3 years in a marketing ops, marketing technology, or digital marketing role
  • Hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager
  • Working knowledge of HubSpot - comfortable building reports, navigating workflows, and understanding data flow
  • Proven experience building AI-powered workflows - shipped automations using tools like n8n, Zapier, Make, or similar combined with AI
  • Clear communicator - ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Self-directed - ability to spot problems, propose solutions, and take initiative

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with the HubSpot–Salesforce integration
  • Practical experience with a consent management platform (OneTrust, Cookiebot, or similar)
  • Basic scripting ability (JavaScript, Python)
  • Familiarity with server-side tracking setups

Responsibilities

  • Set up and maintain Google Tag Manager across the website, including conversion signals for paid and organic channels.
  • Manage the consent management platform setup and ensure alignment with privacy requirements.
  • Keep HubSpot and Salesforce campaign attribution accurate.
  • Own the health of key tool integrations: 6sense, Goldcast, Reachdesk, and connected platforms.
  • Evaluate and lead the technical setup of new tools as the stack evolves, including integration requirements, configuration, and documentation.
  • Support the rollout and documentation of new tools as the stack evolves.
  • Build and maintain marketing performance dashboards in HubSpot.
  • Create clear, executive-readable pipeline and campaign reports for leadership.
  • Translate marketing questions into data requirements for the BI team.
  • Identify repetitive manual work within the marketing team and implement solutions.
  • Build lightweight automations using no-code and low-code tools (n8n, Zapier, Make, or similar).
  • Explore and implement AI tools to save the team time (prompting, workflows, content ops).
  • Share built solutions and learnings to upskill the team.
