The Technology Manager, Marketing Operations is responsible for the ownership, execution, and optimization of Varsity Spirit’s marketing technology ecosystem, data infrastructure, and operational processes that support growth across B2B and consumer audiences. This role ensures systems are integrated, secure, scalable, and aligned to support marketing execution and business objectives. This position partners closely with Marketing, Digital, Sales, IT, Finance, and external vendors to operationalize marketing initiatives through reliable platforms, automation, and data management.
