This role directs the time and efforts of the corporate On-Premise managers and Marketing team as well as provides support of customer activities. Performs data entry and database maintenance on marketing and budget software applications. Processes and reconciles purchase orders. Performs accounting and bookkeeping duties. Produces standard reports as scheduled and as requested by management. Completes Supplier reviews for all Non-Carb Suppliers, to include monthly reporting. Performs general administrative duties that include incoming and outgoing mail disposition, word processing, PowerPoint presentations, Excel, copying and faxing. Interacts courteously in person and on the phone with representatives from parent companies, industry representatives and vendors. Places orders and tracks disposition of orders placed for marketing program materials, On Premise materials, Equipment, advertising, and other support resources. Responsible for tracking of incentive programs, sampling events, new items, and specific brand quarterly tracking. Performs maintenance on in-house marketing library. Other duties may be assigned by the immediate supervisor or other supervisor at any time. Requirements
