You will be responsible for managing a team to develop strategies and tailored approaches, launch campaigns, oversee a creative team executing photo/video production and/or development of brand/campaign assets, and report performance. You will be effective at people development and coaching junior team members to deliver exceptional work. You will possess strong client relationship and presentation skills. You are entrepreneurial, flexible, empowering to team members, and comfortable collaborating with senior leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 5 years of experience in marketing, branding, and advertising, ideally in consulting or digital agency
  • 3 years of collaborating with media and creative teams
  • Strong knowledge of marketing principles, strategy creation, campaign execution and management, content strategy, customer insights and marketing analytics
  • Knowledge of emerging platforms/tactics
  • Demonstrated ability to apply data/insights to strategy development and optimization
  • Track record of managing teams, leading presentations, and reporting to internal and external stakeholders

  • Ability to identify operational gaps/opportunities and implement solutions
  • Proven ability to conceptualize solutions and creatively problem-solve

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with a team of strategists, media experts, creatives to support a full-lifecycle marketing initiative.
  • Understand client objectives and tailor approaches and recommendations to focus on those objectives.
  • Effectively communicate strategies and tactics to clients for buy-in and approval. Lead client presentations and prepare team members to participate.
  • Direct robust discovery/research efforts to generate a data-driven marketing strategy.
  • Conducts ongoing assessment of market trends and new relevant technology, advising the client on potential strategies for adoption, new marketing platforms or formats to test.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, create custom measurement and performance reports focusing on key metrics and business drivers.
  • Conduct research and synthesis/analysis on policy changes and audience assessment to support channel strategy and strategic campaign development.
