In this role, you will contribute to the analysis, development, and execution of data-driven marketing strategies aimed at delivering measurable revenue growth. Requirements

  • 3–5 years of hands-on marketing experience in a product-based, B2B environment
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze business challenges and address customer needs effectively.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot) and content management systems (e.g., BigCommerce).
  • Proficient across digital marketing channels, including SEO/SEM, paid social, email marketing, and analytics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of crafting compelling subject lines and clear campaign briefs.
  • Ability to quickly understand technical product lines and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Collaborative team player with strong motivation, sound decision-making, and a commitment to seeing projects through to completion.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with AI tools and mainstream marketing technologies is a strong advantage.
  • Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization
  • Basic design skills (Canva, Figma, Adobe)
  • B2B or eCommerce experience

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with the Senior Marketing Manager to develop strategies, then execute them independently.
  • Create and manage engaging content across multiple platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, newsletters, and the company blog.
  • Plan, execute, and take ownership of marketing campaigns from start to finish.
  • Monitor social media channels, engaging with customers and the broader community.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights for optimization.
  • Stay informed on digital trends, platform updates, and emerging tools, proactively sharing findings with the team.
  • Assist in planning, promoting, and reporting on events, webinars, and product launches.
  • Manage the day-to-day execution of multi-channel campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, email campaigns, paid advertising, public relations, video content, and product photography.
  • Support go-to-market initiatives for product and campaign launches, contributing to messaging and unique value proposition development.
  • Conduct market research through surveys, interviews, and customer interactions to strengthen messaging and marketing collateral.
  • Manage marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot) and content management systems (e.g., BigCommerce).
  • Audit website content and update product descriptions and visuals as needed.
