About The Position

As our Marketing Specialist Korea – Growth Marketing, you will support the planning and execution of marketing programs that drive demand, pipeline, and revenue growth in the Korean market. You will act as a key point of contact for demand‑generating marketing activities, working closely with Sales and regional stakeholders to improve lead quality, conversion, and customer engagement. This role reports to the Senior Marketing Communications Manager APAC and works in close collaboration with the local Korea Sales team and the wider APAC Marketing organisation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years’ experience in marketing, communications, or a related field (B2B environment preferred).
  • Proven experience in demand generation, lead management, and campaign execution.
  • Experience coordinating tradeshows, customer events and/or webinars, including working with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
  • Understanding of B2B sales cycles and the ability to identify opportunities to support pipeline development and sales acceleration.
  • Experience with marketing and sales automation tools such as Marketo and Salesforce.com (or similar platforms).
  • Strong communication skills in Korean (native) and English (written and verbal).
  • Customer‑focused, proactive, and highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple activities in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to revenue growth in Korea through the creation and execution of multi‑channel, demand‑generation marketing campaigns aligned with local and regional/global priorities.
  • Plan and execute marketing activities across channels including, but not limited to, web, email, social, search (SEO/SEM), digital advertising, PR, sales enablement, tradeshows, events and webinars.
  • Organise local tradeshows, customer events and webinars, from concept and logistics through to execution, on‑site support (as required), post‑event follow‑up and performance reporting.
  • Work closely with Sales and product teams to ensure events and webinars support pipeline generation, product focus areas and customer engagement objectives.
  • Track and analyse marketing performance across the funnel, from early engagement metrics (e.g. clicks, registrations and attendance) through lead creation, conversion rates, and contribution to pipeline and bookings.
  • Collaborate with Sales teams to improve leads and sales opportunity to bookings conversation rate.
  • Respond to customer enquiries and support identification of customer needs before handing over opportunities to sales teams.
  • Support the Senior Marketing Communications Manager APAC with additional marketing activities, reporting, and projects as required.
