About The Position
Fence Direct is one of Florida's leading fence companies, serving residential, commercial, and wholesale customers throughout the state. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Marketing Specialist who is passionate about digital marketing, content creation, lead generation, and brand growth. This role is ideal for someone who wants to make a measurable impact on a growing company and develop into a larger marketing leadership role over time. The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for supporting and executing marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and support company growth across multiple companies within our organization. This role combines content creation, social media management, paid advertising, email marketing, website management, and marketing analytics.
Requirements
- 2+ years of marketing, digital marketing, or content creation experience
- Experience managing business social media accounts
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience creating photo and video content
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

- Experience with Canva and video editing software

Responsibilities
- Assist in managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
- Support lead generation efforts through digital marketing initiatives
- Track campaign performance and key marketing metrics
- Assist with SEO initiatives and website optimization
- Support email marketing campaigns and customer communication efforts
- Create and manage content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Capture photos and videos of projects, employees, and company events
- Create engaging short-form video content including Reels, Shorts, and TikToks
- Maintain content calendars and posting schedules
- Monitor engagement and online reputation
- Help strengthen brand awareness across all marketing channels
- Create marketing materials and promotional content
- Support customer testimonial and review generation efforts
- Assist with company events, promotions, and community involvement
- Monitor and report on campaign performance
- Track lead sources and marketing effectiveness
- Assist with website updates and marketing projects
- Collaborate with leadership on growth initiatives
