About The Position

The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for integrated marketing initiatives across digital and offline channels, including social media operations, paid media, campaign execution, and offline event marketing. This role works closely with content, operations, BD, design, and product teams to drive brand awareness, user growth, and revenue impact.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields
  • 1+ years of marketing experience (fresh grads with strong internships are welcome)
  • Strong communication and customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues promptly and effectively;
  • Familiarity with social media platforms such as WeChat, REDNOTE (RED), Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn;
  • Experience in advertising campaign management across platforms like Meta, Apple Ads, FansTong, and newsletters is a plus;
  • Basic image editing skills with tools such as Canva or Meitu;
  • Excellent writing ability with a knack for crafting engaging and targeted content.
  • Strong communication and project management skills
  • Prior experience in e-commerce or internet-related industries is preferred.
  • Experience in user acquisition or growth marketing, familiar with major acquisition channels and techniques.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns accordingly.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and publish content on WeChat, REDNOTE, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn
  • Develop content themes to enhance engagement and brand visibility
  • Manage and optimize Meta, Apple Ads, REDNOTE Ads, newsletters
  • Monitor performance metrics and improve ROI
  • Support major campaigns and omnichannel marketing initiatives
  • Coordinate cross-platform distribution and messaging
  • Plan and execute offline events (festivals, pop-ups, brand activations, meetups)
  • Coordinate vendors, venues, logistics, and on-site execution
  • Collaborate with BD team on sponsorship activation
  • Produce pre-event, live, and post-event marketing content
  • Track event KPIs and generate performance reports
  • Develop user acquisition strategies across online and offline channel
  • Optimize conversion funnels and onboarding experience
  • Communicate with users, collect feedback, and maintain community relationships
  • Including the video and event materials design and production
  • Short videos’ shooting and editing
