The specialist develops and leverages social media performance data, trend analysis, and competitive higher education insights to continuously refine strategies and improve social media results. The specialist collaborates closely with internal teams to produce high-quality, audience-focused content and campaigns that support institutional goals and priorities for all marketing-related initiatives. The position supports overall marketing, enrollment and student success initiatives across multiple platforms beyond social media. This role requires a balance of creativity, analytical thinking, organization, and operational savvy to enhance brand visibility, strengthen stakeholder engagement, and support overall marketing effectiveness.
