About The Position

Hyve Solutions is looking for a detail and team-oriented Marketing Specialist. Wearing many hats, you can juggle programs and projects before the morning’s first cup of Joe. You are pro-active, love a plan and meet or exceed timelines and delivery dates. Story telling is in your blood and can express those stories and ideas through creative writing. You enjoy working cross-functionally to drive consensus, gather ideas and content. You have experience in creating content and driving projects – large and small and all at the same time. You have a keen ability to develop and manage project timelines, messaging, and assets all while working with the team that will help deliver on them. You also understand the fundamentals of key channels and properties such as social, search and the website. You have a passion for supporting internal, culture-developing programs, harnessing the ideas of enthusiastic employees, and making ideas come to life on a global basis. You are a creative thinker and create copy eagerly and easily, enjoy planning events and making special experiences for employees and customers alike. Requirements

  • A college degree in journalism, marketing, communication, or related field
  • 1+ experience in a marcom or project management role
  • Strong ability to multitask, prioritize and be flexible with changing role requirements
  • Self-motivated, confident, and energetic, while also being a great team player
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong time and project management skills
  • Deep understanding of Microsoft 360 (Word, PPT, Excel, Teams, etc.)
  • A panache to learn in a fast pace, hands-on environment
  • A passion for creative writing

  • Social channel management a plus
  • ABM experience a plus
  • Experience using website platforms a plus

Responsibilities

  • Copywriting: from blogs to email copy. From telling stories to creating social posts
  • Marcom project management: Drive deliverables calendar to ensure on-time delivery of content, programs, and events; including translations.
  • Work with various internal teams (HR, legal, etc) to ensure alignment, freshness of content and more
  • Tradeshow and event planning and logistics support
  • Ensure consistent internal and external communication of the brand, messaging, and tone across both the employee and customer journey
  • Aid in development of tracking and reporting, including survey administration, program ROI, recommendations, learnings and more
  • Liaise with marketing creative team and agency partners on creative execution of multiple programs, such as installation of brand programs at all sites.
  • Budget tracking
  • Execute digital property updates, including website, intranet and social media channels
  • Support the management of brand on a global basis.
  • Liaise with vendors, secure quotes and approvals
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization
  • Create and manage content and program calendar that aligns with marketing programs and projects
