About The Position

The Marketing Specialist builds the company’s brand presence and implements targeted strategies for Fresh Foods and Home & Garden. The role covers visual graphic design, digital strategy, and performance analytics intended to drive sales. This is a full-time position at the Corporate Office, with Monday through Friday availability required. Requirements

At least 2 years of experience with Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and Meta.
Excellent communication, prioritization, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently to meet uncompromising deadlines.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the marketing team to maintain a consistent brand voice and message.
Design and produce layouts for traditional and digital media, and edit, review, and proof materials for accuracy.
Provide creative support for digital and content marketing, including the website, email, reels, app, social media posts, and digital ads.
Create marketing materials that improve user experience and achieve specific results.
Bring design and content-creation ideas to the marketing team.
Cross-train on responsibilities within the department.
Monitor competitors and industry trends and make recommendations to keep the company at the forefront.
Track monthly social media and campaign performance metrics.
Coordinate project timelines, manage vendor invoices, and support general department administrative needs.
Interact positively and communicate effectively with the marketing team and other team members.
Perform other duties within the marketing department or other areas as assigned.
