About The Position

Western Heating and Air is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and has a passion for marketing, community engagement, and event-based lead generation. This position plays a key role in increasing brand awareness, assisting in generating leads internally and externally while supporting business growth through engaging community events across the Treasure Valley. You will work closely with the Marketing Coordinator and Sales team to maintain established workflows and generate workflows in lead funnels. Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, promotions, community outreach, or related fields preferred
  • Comfortable traveling throughout the Treasure Valley
  • Ability to attend evenings, weekends, and community events as needed
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
  • Proficiency with data entry and basic marketing analytics
  • Ability to lift 50 lb.
  • Valid driver’s license required

Responsibilities

  • Attend and represent Western Heating and Air at approximately 15-24 community events a year throughout the Treasure Valley.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Coordinator on brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.
  • Identify and recommend high-value events and community partnership opportunities that align with company goals.
  • Coordinate event logistics including setup, materials, displays, vendor communication, and breakdown.
  • Proactively engage with event attendees to promote Western’s services, memberships, and seasonal offers.
  • Generate and track qualified leads, appointments, memberships, and referrals from event interactions.
  • Build strong relationships with vendors, event hosts, and community partners to strengthen Western’s local presence.
  • Capture event photos and videos for marketing and social media use, including basic editing when needed.
  • Monitor event performance by tracking lead quality, conversions, and customer feedback, and provide post-event reporting.
  • Maintain a professional, positive brand presence while ensuring all marketing materials remain organized, stocked, and up to date.
