About The Position

The Marketing Specialist will deliver end-to-end project support and status updates, collaborating with the Marketing team. This role involves responding to marketing tasks in a timely manner, managing outside vendor relationships, and contributing to the development of collateral. The specialist will continuously update marketing materials on internal and external CMS tools, as well as third-party listing and content sites. Additionally, they will assist with trade show logistics, manage social media platforms, monitor industry trends, track and analyze campaign results, and maintain marketing content on Confluence pages. Active participation in marketing department meetings and proactive contribution of ideas are expected.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field.
  • Proven track record of 3+ years in a marketing role, preferably with project management experience.
  • Experience with project management & marketing tools/applications such as Jira, Slack, Smartsheet, HubSpot and Google Suite are a plus.
  • Willingness to learn company products and services, and understand marketing goals for multiple brands.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, maintaining self-discipline and working with remote teams to achieve goals and meet deadlines.
  • Outstanding organization, communication, interpersonal, and relationship building skills conducive to team development.
  • Project and time management skills.
  • Able to take direction and demonstrate attention to detail, initiative and follow-through on a variety of projects.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize workload.
  • Make effective decisions when presented with multiple or ambiguous options for how to execute a task or resolve an issue.
  • Ability to partner and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of payments, B2B marketing and financial services industry are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver end-to-end project support and status updates, collaborating with the Marketing team.
  • Respond to marketing tasks in a timely manner.
  • Manage outside vendor relationships where applicable.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to contribute to the development of collateral.
  • Continuously update new marketing materials on our internal and external CMS tools as well as third-party listing and content sites.
  • Assist with trade show logistics, including shipping, ordering, planning and hotel accommodations.
  • Manage social media platforms including content drafts, image sourcing and scheduling posts.
  • Assist to monitor industry trends and best practices and integrate into planning.
  • Track, analyze and report results from email campaigns and lead sources for direct and partner programs.
  • Maintain marketing content, trackers and processes on relevant Confluence pages.
  • Actively participate in marketing department meetings and proactively contribute ideas.
