Currently, we are looking for a driven and organized Marketing Specialist to join our growing Marketing team. In this role, you'll play a key part in bringing marketing campaigns to life by supporting paid media initiatives, email marketing, event coordination, reporting, and day-to-day marketing operations. You'll collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and media partners to help deliver impactful campaigns that strengthen our brand and drive results.   • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing, media buying/paid ads, or communication role.
  • Strong communication skills and writing skills, with an eye for detail and storytelling.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, social insights, and reporting dashboards is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning, setup, and monitoring of paid advertising campaigns across platforms.
  • Support the Marketing Director in managing campaign budgets, pacing, and performance tracking.
  • Pull and organize campaign performance reports, highlighting key metrics such as CPL, CTR, and ROAS.
  • Help research and evaluate media placement opportunities, including digital, OTT/streaming, and local broadcast.
  • Assist with trafficking ad creative to media partners and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Learn and grow within the media buying function under the mentorship of senior marketing staff.
  • Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of email marketing campaigns, including content creation, scheduling, and performance reporting.
  • Support the Marketing Director and Digital Director with data reports, presentations, and marketing analysis.
  • Coordinate logistics for internal and external events, including promotional materials, vendor communications, and on-site support.
  • Manage and update marketing calendars, campaign timelines, and promotional schedules.
  • Maintain organized records of marketing assets and materials for easy access and brand consistency.
  • Support the Marketing Director by attending and assisting with occasional marketing and networking events held both during and outside of regular business hours.
