About The Position

Lark Group is seeking a creative, confident, and people-driven Marketing Specialist to join their Marketing Shared Services Team. This role is ideal for a proactive self-starter who enjoys variety, building relationships, and working across diverse business units. The primary focus will be leading social media strategy, content creation, and capturing compelling stories that highlight the work across Lark Group's various brands, including development, construction, health-tech, physiotherapy, and education. This is a hands-on position requiring comfort in stepping into new situations, collaborating with internal teams, and representing the company with professionalism and authenticity. The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of marketing activities, ensuring brand consistency across multiple platforms and contributing to the company's mission of building, growing, and evolving.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of marketing experience, with strong experience in social media, content creation, and digital marketing
  • A people-focused, outgoing, and collaborative approach
  • Confidence meeting new people and working across multiple departments, teams, leaders, and company brands
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to think ahead, take initiative, and move work forward
  • Strong content creation skills, including graphic design, photography, videography, writing, and editing
  • A strong eye for visual storytelling and attention to detail
  • The ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and follow established workflows and processes
  • A balance of confidence, professionalism, humility, and authenticity
  • Comfort representing the organization at events, community functions, and internal initiatives
  • Candidates are required to provide a portfolio of relevant work and should be prepared to present it during the interview process. The portfolio should include examples of past projects, your role in each project, and a brief explanation of the project scope, challenges, and outcomes.
