About The Position

Alpha Building Center is growing and looking to add a creative, driven Marketing & Social Media Specialist to our team. This role is focused on content creation, social media management, and visual design, helping us tell our story and strengthen our brand across multiple platforms.

Requirements

Strong working knowledge of: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube
Content creation, posting strategies, and platform best practices
Experience with: CapCut
TikTok Editor
Meta Business Suite
Comprehensive understanding of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.)
Ability to create both graphic and video-based content
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects

Nice To Haves

Experience with: Canva
Google Ads
WordPress
Avada Website Builder (WordPress)
A self-starter who can take ownership of content and ideas, but able to take direction and criticism well
Someone who understands both creative design and practical marketing execution
A team player who communicates well and follows through
Someone who enjoys staying on the cutting edge of social media trends

Responsibilities

Create, manage, and schedule content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube
Stay current with social media trends, algorithms, and best practices, and apply them to content strategy
Capture and produce engaging content (photo/video) for regular use
Design marketing materials using the Adobe Creative Suite
Edit and produce short-form video content using tools like CapCut and TikTok Editor
Manage and optimize posting through Meta Business Suite
Collaborate with internal teams to highlight all Alpha Building Center locations and departments
Maintain consistent branding across all digital and print materials
