Marketing Shared Operations Manager
About The Position
We’re seeking a highly organized marketing professional to support marketing operations across The Merrimack and NHTrust. In this shared-services role, you’ll help execute campaigns, events, presentations, branded materials, and customer feedback tracking while partnering with stakeholders across both organizations. Requirements
- About five years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience supporting events, presentations, and brand materials
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Nice To Haves
- Experience in financial services, banking, wealth management, or another regulated industry is preferred
Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day marketing requests for The Merrimack and NHTrust
- Coordinate campaigns, presentations, branded materials, digital signage, and event preparation
- Help plan seminars, outreach efforts, sponsorships, and community events
- Manage vendor coordination and affiliate outreach for selected marketing materials
- Track approvals, marketing workflows, and customer feedback across both organizations
- Keep multiple projects on schedule in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
