As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing & Sales Support Coordinator to support tradeshow coordination, in-house customer events, sales administration, and general office operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on organization, enjoys coordinating multiple projects, communicates effectively across teams, and takes pride in ensuring every detail is executed successfully. This position is based in our Ravenna, Ohio office and does not require regular travel to trade shows. The Marketing & Sales Support Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the Sales and Marketing teams by coordinating tradeshows, customer training events, marketing logistics, and administrative activities. This individual will manage project timelines, communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders, organize event materials, maintain accurate records, and provide day-to-day administrative support that helps keep projects moving efficiently. Success in this role requires exceptional organizational skills, strong follow-through, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
