About The Position

The Marketing & Sales Manager plays a central role in driving brand growth, customer engagement, and revenue performance. This position combines strategic planning with hands-on execution—leading marketing initiatives, managing digital campaigns, and strengthening client relationships. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (preferred)
  • Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered
  • Proven experience managing social media accounts and paid advertising campaigns (Meta platforms strongly preferred)
  • Demonstrated success in marketing, sales, or digital marketing roles
  • Experience in customer relationship management and client-facing roles
  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop engaging campaigns
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (preferred)
  • Interest or experience in gaming communities (retro or tabletop) (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and customer acquisition
  • Manage and grow company social media presence, including content planning, posting, and audience engagement
  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (including Meta platforms)
  • Implement and manage tracking tools (e.g., Meta Pixel) to measure campaign performance and ROI
  • Collaborate with product development and design teams to create compelling, conversion-focused content
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, partnerships, and promotional channels
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention
  • Analyze marketing and sales data to inform decisions and continuously improve performance
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services
