About The Position

Senior Helpers, a leading international senior home care company, is seeking a dynamic sales and marketing manager. The Marketing & Sales Manager is responsible for developing new and innovative marketing methods and implementing proven sales strategies. This role's key objective is to scale growth. The focus of this position will be to create and maintain positive interaction with productive referral sources and the community at-large. The ideal candidate is an experienced Health Care Sales professional who can help us continue to grow. The ideal candidate will possess an entrepreneurial spirit and have an in-depth hands-on experience in marketing and sales development in home care. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred (or equivalent combination of 4+ years of relevant work experience)
  • Senior health or home care experience strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrable sales, sales development, and sales management experience with proven results
  • Possess a strong business acumen
  • Must have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize in a changing environment.
  • Proactive with foreseeing potential issues and providing multiple resolutions
  • Strong collaboration skills with both coworkers and external partners
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet, and Outlook required.
  • Ability to learn software programs quickly.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain productive referral relationships with health & hospice care organizations as well as with local senior living facilities.
  • Strategize, organize, and direct your sales activity to achieve goals and targets while advancing our position as a premier senior care agency
  • Formulate strategies for both new and existing partnerships, joint ventures and/or alliances
  • Negotiate and influence to ensure revenue growth.
  • Ensure optimal client satisfaction and experience.
  • Adhere to federal, state, and local compliance practices.
  • Adhere to processes and practices around company administration and policy.
  • Maintain awareness of competitive landscape. Identify opportunities for market and client expansion, and new business development.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned or needed.
