About The Position

As a Marketing Representative, you will increase brand awareness and share the SERVPRO story. The role involves meeting new people, communicating effectively in person and online, and working toward sales goals. You will educate clients and customers about SERVPRO’s brand benefits, develop relationships across an assigned sales territory, participate in marketing events, document leads and calls in marketing software, report territory revenue, and achieve or exceed sales goals.

Requirements

A minimum of two years of direct sales experience.
Strong process- and results-driven attitude.
Ability to repetitively push, pull, lift, and carry objects.
Ability to work with or around cleaning agents.
Ability to successfully complete a background check, subject to applicable law.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business, or equivalent experience.
Experience in the cleaning, restoration, or insurance industry.

Responsibilities

Understand SERVPRO’s competitive advantages and educate clients and customers about its brand benefits.
Build, maintain, and strengthen professional relationships with contacts in the sales territory through daily marketing calls with Insurance Agents, Adjusters, Property Managers, and First Responders.
Increase brand awareness by participating in marketing events, including professional associations, lunch-and-learns, and continuing education classes.
Use marketing software to document daily marketing calls and track lead activity and opportunities.
Provide management with revenue updates and reports for the assigned sales territory.
Increase sales territory revenue by consistently achieving and exceeding sales territory goals.
