About The Position

The Marketing Representative IPC promotes and books eligible vacation ownership presentations, previews, and mini-vacation package sales to on-site guests and visitors. This is an hourly-plus-commission role with an annual range of $56,250 to $93,750, plus commission and bonuses governed by a compensation plan. The representative also provides guest services and supports marketing programs while projecting a professional company image.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required by business needs.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with excellent communication and verbal presentation skills and the ability to persuade others and overcome objections.
• Fluency in English, including speaking, reading, and writing.
• Ability to multitask and balance priorities.

Nice To Haves

• Previous timeshare sales or marketing experience.
• Experience selling and booking tours or activities, including concierge services.

Responsibilities

• Distribute approved promotional information and incentives to guests and visitors.
• Generate leads and book qualified timeshare sales presentations for prospective Hilton Grand Vacations Owners, Club Members, and other qualified customers.
• Provide customer and concierge services to guests as needed while projecting a professional company image.
• Assist with implementing and tracking current and future marketing programs according to Hilton Grand Vacations' professional standards.
