About The Position

The Marketing Representative IPC promotes and books eligible vacation ownership presentations and previews, and sells mini-vacation packages to on-site guests and visitors. This is an hourly position with commission and potential bonuses governed by a compensation plan. The role supports Hilton Grand Vacations’ marketing programs and provides guest-facing services while representing the company professionally.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Basic computer proficiency and the ability to learn.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required by business needs.
• Self-motivation and goal orientation, with excellent communication and verbal presentation skills and the ability to persuade others and overcome objections.
• Fluency in English, including speaking, reading, and writing.
• Ability to multitask and balance priorities.

Nice To Haves

• Previous timeshare sales or marketing experience.
• Experience selling and booking tours or activities, such as concierge services.

Responsibilities

• Distribute approved promotional information and incentives to guests and visitors.
• Generate leads and book qualified timeshare sales presentations for prospective Hilton Grand Vacations Owners, Club Members, and other qualified customers.
• Provide customer and concierge services to guests as needed while projecting a professional company image.
• Assist with implementing and tracking current and future marketing programs in accordance with Hilton Grand Vacations’ standards of professionalism.
