About The Position

NEO Surgical Group is seeking a Marketing Representative / Business Development & Community Outreach Specialist to help expand our presence throughout the Port Charlotte market. This role is ideal for someone who understands the healthcare and personal injury industries and is passionate about driving growth through strategic relationship-building. As the face of NEO Surgical Group in the community, you will be responsible for developing referral relationships, promoting our spine, orthopedic, neurology, and personal injury services, and identifying new business opportunities that contribute to the growth of our organization.

Requirements

Experience in healthcare marketing, physician relations, personal injury, legal marketing, community outreach, medical sales, or business development.
Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to work independently.
Professional presentation and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to manage a territory and maintain regular outreach schedules.
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout the territory.
Employment for this position is contingent upon successful completion of a background screening.
All offers of employment are conditional until the background check process has been completed and cleared.

Nice To Haves

Existing relationships with Personal Injury attorneys and law firms.
Knowledge of the Personal Injury healthcare market.
Experience working with orthopedic, spine, neurology, pain management, or surgical practices.
Understanding of HIPAA and patient privacy regulations.
Bilingual in English/Spanish or English/Russian is a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop, execute, and support marketing and business development initiatives throughout the Port Charlotte and surrounding areas.
Build and maintain strong relationships with Personal Injury attorneys, law firms, healthcare providers, chiropractors, clinics, and case managers.
Conduct regular in-person visits to referral partners and community organizations.
Promote NEO Surgical Group's services and educate referral sources on patient care pathways and treatment options.
Identify and develop new referral channels and business opportunities.
Represent NEO Surgical Group at networking events, conferences, sponsorships, health fairs, and community outreach events.
Track and report marketing activities, referral trends, and business development efforts.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure an exceptional experience for referred patients.
Maintain a professional and positive company image within the healthcare and legal communities.
Assist in planning and executing community engagement initiatives and outreach campaigns.
