The proposal half involves monitoring RFP activity, building and running a qualification process, owning responses from intake through submission, handling pre-sales meetings, running debriefs, and building a reusable content library. The marketing half involves supporting the Head of Marketing Communications on blog writing, editing, and case study production, managing social media output, and directing AI tools effectively. The role offers a unique opportunity to build the proposal function and help define the marketing voice from the ground up, with direct reporting to the Head of Marketing Communications.
