About The Position

Ninyo & Moore, a SOCOTEC Company, has an immediate opening for a Marketing/Proposal Coordinator to work out of our Irvine, CA office and work closely with our marketing team in San Diego, CA. The successful candidate will work with team members in various locations to prepare marketing documents, qualifications proposals, SF330 documents, and presentation materials in response to RFP/Qs. This role involves engaging with the team regularly to ensure timely submittal of deliverables, preparing and updating technical resumes and project write-ups, and helping to maintain the template/content library and CRM program. The coordinator will also assist with various other marketing-related tasks.

Requirements

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop)
Strong work ethic
Teamwork perspective and desire to support marketing initiatives
Ability to collaborate with internal teams and departments
Positive attitude, detail oriented, and ability to problem solve
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to use experience and judgment to accomplish goals and meet demanding deadlines
Comfortable working under pressure and able to handle multiple tasks
Strong grammar and creative writing skills
Ability to work independently when needed

Nice To Haves

Demonstrated experience performing similar services with A/E/C firms is a plus
