About The Position

Logan Simpson is seeking a regular full-time Marketing Proposal Assistant (internal title: Marketing Coordinator) to join their award-winning, multidisciplinary consulting firm. This role will provide key support to the corporate Marketing team and administrative support for the Flagstaff office. The position offers a hybrid remote schedule and is based out of the Flagstaff, AZ office. Logan Simpson is a firm of over 150 professionals across six offices in the western United States, specializing in environmental planning, cultural resource management, community planning, and landscape architecture design services. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Environmental Studies or related field; or equivalent experience in lieu of degree.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and organized.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office products and Adobe Creative Cloud products.
  • Excellent writing skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task, and adjust to daily changes in priorities to meet deadlines.
  • Good interpersonal skills, and a desire to work both independently and in a team environment.
  • Ability to work in the office 3 days per week on average.

  • Related experience in marketing or administrative preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Sort, review, and distribute leads and Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
  • Monitor and search platforms such as SAM.gov, GSA eBuy, and relevant state/local and tribal procurement portals for opportunities matching the firm's core services.
  • Enter pertinent leads data into and maintain updates in our Vantagepoint database.
  • Distribute weekly calendar updates to senior staff and firm leaders.
  • Assist proposal specialists with preparation of statements of qualifications/proposals.
  • Set up meetings for lead reviews, proposal kick-offs, etc. with business line leaders.
  • Assist with business development and proposal data management.
  • Perform general front-desk clerical tasks including answering phones, maintaining and ordering office supplies, printing and scanning materials for project teams, and sending and receiving mail and deliveries.
  • Perform a range of staff and operational support activities.
  • Coordinate company vehicle schedule, vehicle maintenance, and mileage log inventories.
  • Assist with additional administrative or project tasks as needed, depending on workload availability.
