About The Position

Novarc Technologies is looking for a skilled and experienced Marketing Project Manager to join our growing team and support the production of our cobots. As a Marketing Project Manager, your demonstrated expertise in planning and managing corporate events will help our Revenue Department achieve company goals. Your insightful contribution will help develop, expand and maintain our marketing channels.

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiar with using project management tools.
  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies, including marketing automation and project management tools, AI platforms.
  • Able to work independently and handle multiple projects in a highly dynamic environment.
  • Established project management skills.
  • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
  • An understanding of project management best practices, methodologies, and ability to create project plans.
  • Ability to travel within Canada and internationally, and work flexible hours if required.

Nice To Haves

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B marketing is preferred.
  • Photo/video editing skill is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Leading all tradeshow production related elements for in-person events.
  • Conceptualizing booths, and managing booth vendor relationships end to end.
  • Coordinating logistics for trade shows, including the creation of booths, graphic assets, and marketing collateral (e.g. brochures, product material, sales scripts, and event talking points).
  • Completing and managing event strategy plans, proposals, recommendations, and outside vendor statements of work and contracts.
  • Coordinating and lead kick-off meetings with vendors and other departments.
  • Managing all budget and related financial responsibilities and provide detailed post-show expense reporting.
  • Organizing and maintaining a CRM database of prospects and clients.
  • Working with product managers and graphic designers to create print and digital collaterals for new and existing products.
  • Maintaining brand consistency with all collateral materials, templates, and channels.
  • Managing digital assets library.
  • Building and maintaining external vendor relationships.
