About The Position

Brigit is a holistic financial health company dedicated to helping everyday Americans build a brighter financial future. They offer transparent, fair, and simple financial products designed to benefit their members. Brigit is recognized for its innovative work, having received accolades such as Built In's Best Midsize Companies to Work For in New York City and Fast Company’s Most Innovative Companies. This role will act as a key liaison between Marketing, Product, and other cross-functional teams, owning and managing end-to-end systems and processes. The ideal candidate will develop project plans, coordinate tasks using tools like Asana and Jira, and manage deliverables, serving as the backbone of creative services and a navigator of ambiguity.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in marketing project management, marketing operations, or a similar coordination-heavy role in a compliance heavy environment.
  • High proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Asana, and G Suite—you don't just use these tools, you know how to configure and optimize them.
  • Proven experience building operational processes from scratch, rather than just maintaining inherited workflows.
  • A strong track record of managing multiple stakeholders across different levels of an organization and successfully delivering complex projects on time.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong bias toward proactive documentation and expectation management.
  • High attention to detail, a strong sense of accountability, and the comfort to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience managing creative production workflows (copy, design, video).
  • Experience in fintech, consumer apps, or subscription-based businesses.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the marketing project workstream from intake and scoping through execution, trafficking, and final delivery.
  • Serve as the primary operational liaison between Marketing, Product, CX, and Compliance to align on priorities, dependencies, and intake requests.
  • Build, optimize, and manage workflows in Jira and Asana, including intake forms, project templates, and documentation standards.
  • Proactively identify dependencies, flag timeline shifts, and resolve project blockers across internal and external stakeholders before they impact deadlines.
  • Create and maintain shared documentation to ensure processes, workflows, and project decisions are visible and accessible to all teams.
  • Identify operational gaps or inefficiencies in current workflows and implement scalable process improvements.

Benefits

  • Equal employment opportunities for all applicants and employees without regard to race, religion, color, sex, pregnancy (including breast feeding and related medical conditions), national origin, citizenship status, uniform service member status, age, genetic information, disability, or any other protected status in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws.
