About The Position

Vehlo is seeking a Marketing Program Manager for its Payments Division. This role is a critical part of a high-energy, high-growth team. The position involves crafting and implementing marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and revenue for products. The role requires cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and RevOps teams to develop, implement, and optimize reputation, demand generation, product marketing, cross-sell, and partner programs. Success in this role depends on strong communication and project management skills, with comfort in all aspects of campaign launches from planning to tactical execution. The ideal candidate will be eager to dive in, take ownership, and generate results for a growing organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing or a relevant field
  • 4+ years experience in marketing
  • Superior knowledge of digital marketing principles
  • Comfortable using collaboration, automation, and CRM tools such as Marketo, Salesforce, and Jira
  • Exceptional ROI-tracking skills, able to prove what is –or isn’t—working
  • Familiarity with various online marketing platforms (e.g., Facebook, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, etc.)
  • Experience with the Microsoft Office suite
  • Payments marketing experience

Responsibilities

  • Develop a marketing plan for payments products in conjunction with divisional marketing teams, including key activities and budgets to support customer acquisition and retention.
  • Manage and coordinate marketing projects with internal teams and vendor partners, ensuring deadlines and quality expectations are met.
  • Ensure investments are maximized with vendor partners.
  • Collaborate with product management and marketing communications to develop product positioning and messaging that resonates with target buyer personas.
  • Plan the launches of net-new products and releases of existing products, and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to create and maintain digital and tangible feature lists and provide examples of feature use cases.
  • Support the partner channels team.
  • Create and maintain a campaign strategy that drives cross-sell and partner leads to internal sales teams.
  • Create website content related to product, and coordinate updates with the Marketing Services team.
  • Work closely with Marketing Operations to execute campaigns within the marketing automation tool stack.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
