Join Thermo Fisher Scientific as a Marketing Program Manager and use your expertise to develop global marketing initiatives. What will you do? Collaborate with Business Units, Senior MPMs, and other teams to ensure consistent and flawless program delivery. Coordinate with Senior MPMs on project plans and timelines, providing input to develop and implement coordinated marketing programs. Drive tactics that ensure consistency and timely execution, linked to significant achievements in larger projects and programs. Ensure tactic intake is completed accurately, allowing for the successful deployment of downstream activities. Communicate the status of tactics daily, ensuring full visibility of prioritization, project status, expectations, next steps, and final delivery. Identify process inefficiencies and work collaboratively with relevant partners to streamline activities for smoother operations. Ensure brand and legal compliance of marketing communication materials. Work with functional leaders to manage resources, expedite delivery, and optimize skills and abilities for successful outcomes. Anticipate potential roadblocks and proactively work to avoid them through active collaboration with peers and efficiency reviews. Manage work in a project management tool (Workfront) and ensure the accuracy of dates, assignments, and structure to enable effective reporting. Manage relationships through open and consistent communication to establish and maintain Business Partner's trust, including setting clear expectations. Handle a high volume of tactics and prioritize activities to effectively deliver project plans on time and on budget.
