About The Position

DataVizion is seeking a Marketing Program Manager to take full ownership of marketing programs, including events, HubSpot management, MDF utilization, and sales enablement content. This is a growth-oriented role designed for individuals looking for a company that invests in their leadership development, offering structured mentorship towards Director-level marketing ownership. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
3 to 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in a technical, IT, or professional services environment.
Hands-on marketing automation experience.
HubSpot experience is strongly preferred.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and run programs end-to-end.
Judgment to work independently once a program is scoped.
Confidence in front of sales teams and customer-facing stakeholders.
Experience producing collateral, social content, sales enablement materials, and case studies.

Nice To Haves

Willingness to travel to hosted events in Nebraska and Iowa.

Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of events and sponsorships, from logistics and communications to serving as the onsite point of contact and reporting on outcomes.
Administer the HubSpot platform, including workflows, reporting, and data hygiene.
Own market development fund (MDF) submissions, tracking, and reconciliation.
Produce marketing collateral such as brochures, one-pagers, customer case studies, social content, and slides, adhering to DataVizion's Messaging House and brand framework.
Coordinate cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and subject matter experts to provide effective sales enablement support.
