Marketing Program Manager

AdvancedMDSouth Jordan, UT
Hybrid

About The Position

AdvancedMD is seeking a Go-to-Market Program Manager to own the operating cadence that translates the company's product roadmap into successful market launches. This role involves managing end-to-end launch orchestration, coordinating dependencies, timelines, and deliverables across Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Enablement. This is a foundational hire for a new Product Marketing function, offering significant autonomy to shape processes, tooling, and cadence. The ideal candidate is a process-builder who thrives on organizing cross-functional complexity and establishing the operating rhythm for a growing function.

Requirements

  • BA/BS required
  • 3–5+ years of experience in program/project management, GTM operations, or launch management within a B2B SaaS company
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams and cross-functional stakeholders without formal authority
  • Strong executive communication skills — able to distill complex, multi-team status into a clear, concise summary for leadership
  • Hands-on experience with program/project management tooling (e.g., Monday.com, Asana, Jira)
  • Comfort building and maintaining process infrastructure from scratch
  • A process-builder mindset: comfortable operating in a function that is still being defined, and taking ownership of designing the process
  • Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail
  • Judgment to know when to escalate versus resolve independently

Nice To Haves

  • MBA preferred
  • Experience in healthcare technology, EHR, or another regulated-industry SaaS environment
  • Prior exposure to product launch, release management, or beta/GA milestone processes
  • Experience partnering directly with Product Marketing and/or Product Management functions
  • Comfortable with ambiguity — sees big, undefined problems and builds structured plans to answer the open questions
  • Insight-driven — translates research and insights into thoughtful go-to-market plans that deliver real business results
  • Range — equally at home shaping a business case for the executive team as fine-tuning the specific language that shows up in front of a customer
  • Organized — strong project management skills, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously as the hub of the wheel keeping things on track

Responsibilities

  • Own the master launch calendar and program plan across all launches.
  • Run weekly cross-functional syncs for active launches, including preparing materials, facilitating meetings, capturing decisions, and distributing follow-ups.
  • Track dependencies and gate criteria across Product, PMM, Sales Enablement, CS, and Marketing, proactively surfacing risks.
  • Maintain the tiered launch framework (Tier 0–3) and associated templates, applying appropriate process rigor based on revenue and timeline.
  • Serve as the operational owner of the launch tooling stack (e.g., Monday.com), ensuring launch status, timelines, and materials are current and visible.
  • Produce clear, concise launch status reporting for leadership, translating cross-functional details into an executive-ready view.
  • Partner with GTM channel owners (Sales, Sales Enablement, Marketing, Partner/Channel) to define launch activities, responsibilities, and timelines.
  • Sequence channel-specific deliverables (enablement assets, sales plays, campaign timing, training) against the master launch timeline.
  • Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts or resourcing gaps across channels before they impact launch timing.
  • Formalize a structured, GTM-inclusive Beta / EA / GA review process in partnership with the Product & Tech Operations team.
  • Convene stakeholders (Product, Engineering, Enablement, GTM) at each milestone checkpoint to assess technical, enablement, and GTM readiness.
  • Own the cadence and documentation for milestone reviews, including clear entry/exit criteria, sign-offs, and definitions of 'ready' for each function.
  • Partner with the Product & Tech Operations team on technical/product milestone tracking, while owning end-to-end accountability for enablement and GTM readiness.
  • Partner with the Head of Product Marketing on customer-facing roadmap visibility, translating upcoming features and timelines into appropriate formats.
  • Build cross-functional credibility and relationships within the first 90–180 days.

Benefits

  • Competitive compensation and total rewards benefits
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401(k) with generous company match
  • Paid time off and holidays
  • Hybrid and remote work opportunities
  • Career growth and development support
  • Collaborative, team-oriented culture
