Marketing Program Manager

AdvancedMDSouth Jordan, UT

About The Position

AdvancedMD is seeking a Go-to-Market Program Manager to own the operating cadence that translates AdvancedMD's product roadmap into successful market launches. This role will manage end-to-end launch orchestration across every product launch, coordinating dependencies, timelines, and deliverables across Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Enablement. This is a foundational hire for a newly built Product Marketing function, with significant latitude to shape process, tooling, and cadence from the ground up. The ideal candidate is a process-builder who thrives on bringing order to cross-functional complexity and is energized by building the operating rhythm for a growing function.

Requirements

  • BA/BS required, MBA preferred.
  • 3–5+ years of experience in program/project management, GTM operations, or launch management within a B2B SaaS company.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams and cross-functional stakeholders without formal authority over them.
  • Strong executive communication skills — able to distill complex, multi-team status into a clear, concise summary for leadership.
  • Hands-on experience with program/project management tooling (e.g., Monday.com, Asana, Jira) and comfort building and maintaining process infrastructure from scratch.
  • A process-builder mindset: comfortable operating in a function that is still being defined, and taking ownership of designing the process rather than waiting for it to be handed down.
  • Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail, with the judgment to know when to escalate versus resolve independently.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in healthcare technology, EHR, or another regulated-industry SaaS environment.
  • Prior exposure to product launch, release management, or beta/GA milestone processes.
  • Experience partnering directly with Product Marketing and/or Product Management functions.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity — sees big, undefined problems and builds structured plans to answer the open questions, rather than being intimidated by them.
  • Insight-driven — translates research and insights into thoughtful go-to-market plans that deliver real business results.
  • Range — equally at home shaping a business case for the executive team as fine-tuning the specific language that shows up in front of a customer, and knows which register a given moment calls for.
  • Organized — strong project management skills, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously as the hub of the wheel keeping things on track.

Responsibilities

  • Own the master launch calendar and program plan across all launches, regardless of size or complexity.
  • Run the weekly (or launch-cadence-appropriate) cross-functional sync for each active launch: prepare materials, facilitate the meeting, capture decisions and action items, and distribute follow-ups.
  • Track dependencies and gate criteria across workstreams (Product, PMM, Sales Enablement, CS, Marketing) and proactively surface risks before they become blockers.
  • Maintain the tiered launch framework (Tier 0–3) and associated templates, ensuring the right level of process rigor is applied to each launch based on revenue threshold and timeline.
  • Serve as the operational owner of the launch tooling stack (e.g., Monday.com), keeping launch status, timelines, and materials current and visible to stakeholders.
  • Produce clear, concise launch status reporting for leadership — translating cross-functional detail into an executive-ready view.
  • Partner with GTM channel owners (Sales, Sales Enablement, Marketing, Partner/Channel where applicable) to define what needs to happen, by whom, and by when for each launch.
  • Sequence channel-specific deliverables (enablement assets, sales plays, campaign timing, training) against the master launch timeline so nothing fires out of order.
  • Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts or resourcing gaps across channels before they impact launch timing.
  • Formalize a structured, GTM-inclusive Beta / EA / GA review process at AdvancedMD, in partnership with the Product & Tech Operations team — ensuring enablement and go-to-market readiness are part of the milestone conversation.
  • Convene the right stakeholders — Product, Engineering, Enablement, and GTM — at each milestone checkpoint so readiness is assessed across technical, enablement, and go-to-market dimensions.
  • Own the cadence and documentation for milestone reviews: clear entry/exit criteria for Beta, EA, and GA, who signs off, and what "ready" means from each function's perspective.
  • Partner with the Product & Tech Operations program management function on the technical/product side of milestone tracking, while owning end-to-end accountability for the enablement and GTM readiness lens.
  • Partner with the Head of Product Marketing on customer-facing roadmap visibility, helping translate what's coming and when into a format appropriate for external and field-facing communication.
