About The Position

As a Marketing Program Manager, Americas, you will play a pivotal role in bringing that mission to life by leading the planning, execution, and delivery of key marketing initiatives and product launches. This highly visible role serves as the connective tissue across Marketing, Sales, Product, Finance, Legal, and other cross-functional teams, driving alignment, accountability, and operational excellence to ensure programs are delivered successfully and create meaningful impact for our customers and patients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of marketing program management experience OR Advanced degree with 3+ years of marketing program management experience

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in the medical device, healthcare, or life sciences industry

  • Proven ability to influence and partner effectively across functions, geographies, and levels in a highly matrixed, cross functional environment
  • Familiarity with market research, competitive intelligence, and business case development for organic and inorganic growth opportunities

Responsibilities

  • Leads and coordinates product planning, product launches, product management, market development and market research activities.
  • Interacts directly with product managers to identify new marketing opportunities.
  • Works individually or with a team in recommending action, scheduling and planning projects, estimating cost and managing projects to completion.
  • Identifies unmet customer requirements and new business opportunities and provides vision and focus to move products from idea to market place.
  • Facilitates and coordinates marketing activities with geographic areas to increase teamwork and build partnerships.
  • Coordinating trade show activities, website development, developing future e commerce strategies, and tracking of marketing campaigns to evaluate results and provide recommendations for future marketing promotions.
