About The Position

Good Harvest Market is Waukesha County's largest independently owned natural and organic grocer, home to our onsite restaurant, bar, and event venue, Hop Harvest & Vine Public House. We're looking for a part-time Marketing & Pricing Assistant who is equally comfortable with detail-oriented data work and creative tasks - and genuinely enjoys both. This role supports two functions. On the pricing side, you'll work alongside our Pricing Coordinator to enter new products accurately into our POS systems, maintain sales batches, and create and update shelf and sale tags. On the marketing side, you'll execute our weekly sales ad and assist the owner with our weekly customer newsletter, maintain our events calendar across our website and social media platforms, and create content for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok in collaboration with our Good Harvest Market and Hop Harvest & Vine teams.

Requirements

• Strong writing skills
• Attention to detail
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop)
• Experience with Canva
• Experience creating and posting branded content on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok)
• Ability to work within established processes and alongside others
