Marketing Ops Specialist
About The Position
We are seeking a systems-minded marketer to build and optimize the infrastructure that powers growth. This role involves owning and optimizing our HubSpot instance, building scalable workflows, ensuring data integrity, and translating analytics into actionable insights to improve acquisition, retention, and revenue. The ideal candidate will be excited about AI-powered operations, specifically building agentic systems to automate and scale marketing workflows. Experience with AI tools like Claude Cowork is highly valued. Beyond execution, this role requires proactively identifying opportunities within the marketing funnel and recommending data-driven improvements for measurable impact.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in marketing operations, growth marketing, or CRM management.
- Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot (workflows, lists, reporting, automation).
- Hands-on experience with Claude Cowork or comparable AI desktop/automation tools, demonstrating real-world use of agentic AI.
- Experience designing or building agentic systems (multi-step AI workflows that operate autonomously).
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4), attribution, and conversion tracking.
- Experience with Meta and Google Ads platforms.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into action.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to operate independently while collaborating across teams.

- Experience working with Shopify (integrations, ecommerce tracking, reporting).
- HubSpot certifications.

- Vacation rental or ecommerce industry experience.
- Experience with tools like Slack, Notion, and modern project management platforms.

Responsibilities
- Build and optimize workflows across lifecycle stages in HubSpot.
- Manage segmentation, automation, and campaign execution within HubSpot.
- Maintain clean properties, consistent data structure, and scalable CRM processes.
- Assist in launching and tracking campaigns effectively.
- Design and deploy agentic workflows to automate repetitive marketing tasks using tools like Claude Cowork.
- Identify marketing ops processes suitable for AI agent automation and manage their implementation.
- Stay updated on agentic AI advancements and introduce relevant tools and techniques.
- Own marketing dashboards and reporting across HubSpot and Google Analytics (GA4).
- Ensure accurate tracking, event setup, attribution, and UTM structure.
- Identify bottlenecks and optimization opportunities in the marketing funnel and propose data-backed solutions.
- Translate data into clear recommendations to improve ROI and customer lifetime value.
- Test and measure experiments to improve conversion and retention.
- Support campaigns in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads, ensuring proper tracking, pixel implementation, and CRM integration.
- Manage performance reporting and analysis for paid media campaigns.
- Organize marketing initiatives, timelines, and task tracking.
- Build documentation and SOPs for marketing systems and reporting.
- Improve cross-functional workflows to enhance clarity and accountability.
