About The Position

Capital Vacations is urgently hiring for a Marketing Operations Specialist at our Springfield Call Center. This position is responsible for booking reservations for the Activations department and data entry. The shift is 11:30 am to 8:00 pm. We offer full benefits including Health, Dental, Vision, & Life Insurance; 401K; PTO, discounts to attractions and shows in Branson, and paid training. This is a paid weekly position with full training provided.

Requirements

• 1+ year Administrative or Office work preferred
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Fast learner who is eager to increase your knowledge and skillset
• Ability to multi-task and perform well under pressure
• Functional knowledge of computers and basic computer programs
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient in basic PC knowledge
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel is required
• Must enjoy a team environment
• Must be at least 18 to apply

Nice To Haves

• Microsoft Office experience is preferred

Responsibilities

• Check all Marketing Emails
• Check all booking sheets to ensure nothing is booked on blackout dates and that dates are available
• Email or fax hotels and vendors
• Keep up to date Blackout List
• Check condo availability
• Pull manifests for all arrivals
• All other duties assigned
