We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Marketing Operations Project Manager to drive operational excellence for our global Marketing efforts across product launches. This role is responsible for orchestrating timelines and timely inputs (incl. briefs), aligning cross-functional stakeholders, and ensuring all marketing deliverables are planned, tracked, and executed to ensure successful launch. As the Marketing Operations Project Manager, you’ll play a critical role within the Marketing organization, working as an extension of the Product Marketing Management team to bring product launches and key campaigns to life across global digital and in-store touchpoints. In supporting the PMM team, you will also work cross-functionally with related Marketing teams (Channel, DTC, International), Product (Hardware, Software), Legal, and Executives. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end execution of marketing projects, ensuring clarity, alignment, and efficiency from intake through final delivery. You will act as the central hub for communication, timelines, and execution—ensuring that marketing initiatives are delivered on time, on brief, and with high quality. This role requires a highly organized, proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and can balance multiple priorities across teams. This role is instrumental in bringing structure, industry best practices, and operational rigor to a fast-paced, cross-functional marketing environment. Therefore, to be successful in this role you must have prior experience developing and overseeing marketing processes and be a driven self-starter who excels at influencing others to perform.
