Cato Networks is seeking a highly analytical, data-driven Marketing Operations Manager to support the North America (NAM) Marketing organization while driving global operational excellence across Channel and Field Marketing. This is an individual contributor role that combines regional ownership with global impact. As the primary Marketing Operations partner for the NAM marketing team, you will drive campaign execution, lead lifecycle management, marketing automation, attribution, pipeline generation, and performance measurement initiatives that directly influence revenue growth. In parallel, you will partner with global Channel and Field Marketing teams to build scalable operational frameworks, optimize partner and field marketing programs, and establish consistent processes, reporting, and governance across regions. The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of Marketing Operations and Revenue Operations expertise, with deep experience managing modern go-to-market technology stacks, marketing analytics, funnel measurement, and cross-functional process optimization. This individual will play a key role in advancing Cato’s AI transformation strategy by identifying, implementing, and scaling AI-powered workflows, automation solutions, and operational efficiencies that improve marketing performance, accelerate execution, and enhance decision-making across the organization. Success in this role requires a strategic operator who can translate data into business insights, optimize the customer and partner journey, improve attribution and revenue visibility, and drive operational excellence across a rapidly growing global marketing organization.
