About The Position

Meadow has proven the model and is now taking its independent deathcare provider brand national. The next 18 months will be operationally demanding, requiring expansion into 25+ markets with new channels and products. This role is crucial for building the execution infrastructure to ensure marketing reaches the right audience faster, per channel and per market. The Marketing Operations Manager will own the systems, sequences, and production workflows that enable Meadow's marketing efforts, reporting to the Head of Marketing and working with or managing the marketing coordinator.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of marketing experience with significant time in marketing ops, lifecycle/CRM, or campaign operations.
  • HubSpot fluency, with the ability to direct agencies and perform hands-on tasks.
  • Experience in B2C brand marketing at a startup or high-trust company (e.g., insurance, fintech, health, DTC).
  • Track record of coordinating across agencies and channel teams.
  • Ops-intense approach, capable of managing high-volume, concurrent environments reliably.
  • Ability to orchestrate with partners (agencies, engineering, channel teams) and hold them to a production calendar.
  • Strong quality and taste, with the ability to review work against a high standard and understand the nuances of communicating with families during difficult times.
  • A systems-building mindset, focusing on redesigning how work gets done and considering future markets.
  • High agency and drive to progress work forward independently.

  • Experience with AI and automation, demonstrating specific workflow changes and time savings.

Responsibilities

  • Make HubSpot a reliable engine by auditing active sequences, working on user journey architecture and MQL workflows, and performing hands-on fixes.
  • Manage end-to-end market launches, owning the production checklist from kickoff to day-1, including briefing and QA of landing pages, HubSpot configuration, agency scheduling, and reporting setup.
  • Translate the marketing roadmap into weekly production commitments for agency partners and engineering.
  • Utilize AI and automation (LLMs) to accelerate production timelines, reduce manual work, and identify leverage points for the team.
  • Build the experiment infrastructure, including setting up A/B testing platforms, UTM structure, and HubSpot reporting sliced by market and product.
  • Manage the operational rhythm, including leading the marketing coordinator, owning the production calendar, campaign QA, and weekly outputs.
