Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, Business, or related field preferred
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 5+ years of relevant marketing experience; multifamily experience preferred
  • 2+ years of digital experience, including PPC and SEO
  • 1+ years of project management experience
  • Experience in multifamily, leasing, and/or B2C marketing
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to draw insights from marketing data
  • Strong project management abilities; Monday.com experience a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities within established deadlines
  • Self-motivated, self-directed, collaborative, inquisitive, and results-driven
  • Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
  • Comfortable leading team meetings and managing a small team

Responsibilities

  • Own the day-to-day operations of the Portfolio Marketing department, serving as the operational backbone that keeps people, platforms, and processes running efficiently and at scale
  • Lead operational innovation across the department - staying at the forefront of industry technology, driving discovery of emerging tools, and leading beta evaluations that position the team ahead of the curve
  • Lead the scaling and optimization of internal operations; design, implement, and continuously refine workflows that remove bottlenecks, increase productivity, and reduce friction across the department and cross-functional partners
  • Develop and maintain Portfolio Marketing standard operating procedures (SOPs), establishing quality control standards and ensuring all operations adhere to industry regulations and best practices
  • Oversee long-term and cross-functional projects from initiation to completion, coordinating internal and external resources to maintain clear timelines and ensure alignment with business strategy
  • Own, administer, and optimize the full marketing technology stack; discover, evaluate, and implement new MarTech platforms; lead automation integration and tech stack evolution including vendor centralization and pilot programs
  • Develop and maintain vendor relationships; oversee vendor integrations and transitions within the current tech stack; serve as Marketing’s primary operational POC for platform vendors
  • Optimize the marketing funnel, support campaign execution, and evaluate customer experience across channels and touchpoints to drive performance and conversion
  • Directly manage and develop the Marketing Operations Specialist and Marketing Coordinator
  • Lead recurring monthly marketing training sessions, equipping the broader team with the tools, knowledge, and processes needed to perform at a high level
