AlphaSense is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to partner closely with Marketing Operations leadership to bring the vision for Marketo to life. This role plays a key part in how lifecycle, lead scoring, routing, and campaign frameworks are built, maintained, and optimized. The position is both strategic and hands-on, requiring deep expertise in Marketo to ensure the platform operates efficiently while enabling marketing teams to execute with speed and consistency. The manager will also work closely with campaign stakeholders to support program builds, troubleshoot issues, and uphold best practices across execution. This role sits at the core of how marketing scales, integrates, and drives measurable impact at AlphaSense. The successful candidate will help support the ownership and operational execution of the Marketo instance, translating strategy into scalable, high-performing systems and processes.
