About The Position

Barre3 is seeking a Marketing Operations & Franchise Enablement Manager to serve as the operational heart of their marketing team. This role requires a disciplined operator skilled in project and cross-functional stakeholder management, thriving in complex environments and ensuring smooth operations. The position sits at the intersection of Marketing and Operations, acting as a liaison between the Support Center team and over 170 franchise owners. Responsibilities include managing systems, translating the marketing roadmap into deliverables, and serving as the primary marketing contact for franchisees, providing support and guidance on marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years in Marketing Operations, Brand Management, or Project Management.
  • Experience in a franchise or multi-unit brand is strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage diverse stakeholders, from executives to creative partners to franchisees, maintaining high-trust relationships while driving results.
  • Demonstrated experience presenting to large groups (up to 170+ owners) and facilitating live meetings.
  • High proficiency in Google Slides, Excel, and project management software (e.g., Asana, Airtable).
  • Exceptional written skills with a knack for simplifying complex information for a non-marketing audience.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the forward motion of the marketing calendar, ensuring stakeholder alignment on milestones and holding the team accountable for on-time campaign launches.
  • Maintain and update the master Marcom calendar as the single source of truth, syncing campaign dates, social drops, and studio communications.
  • Facilitate asset hand-offs between creative and social teams, manage ad-hoc requests, and oversee the cadence of organic social content.
  • Own the end-to-end workflow for the "Monthly Drop," ensuring timely delivery of materials to franchisees through an organized digital asset system.
  • Lead the assembly of marketing-related decks (MBRs, Board Decks) by gathering data and updates and translating them into clear narratives for leadership.
  • Serve as the primary marketing point of contact for franchisees, triaging inquiries, hosting office hours, and relaying franchisee feedback to the internal team.
  • Manage tools like Asana and Airtable to maintain organization, auditing internal asset folders and project boards to ensure assets are easily accessible.
