About The Position

Ideal Siding is transforming the siding renovation industry across North America through an innovative franchising model. Our in-house marketing team operates as a full-service agency, delivering high-performance marketing strategies that help our franchise partners grow in their local markets. We’re looking for a Franchise Marketing Manager to own the marketing success of a portfolio of franchisees. In this role, you will act as the primary marketing partner and advisor to franchise owners: guiding strategy, coordinating execution with internal specialists (PPC, SEO, social), and driving measurable results in each local market. This is a client-facing, performance-driven role that combines marketing strategy, account management, and cross-functional coordination.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in marketing, account management, or client-facing roles
  • Experience in digital marketing (PPC, SEO, paid social, or similar)
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and performance metrics
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into insights
  • Highly organized, proactive, and solution-oriented
  • Candidates must be located in the Greater Vancouver Area and able to commute to the office several times per week.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow marketing performance for a portfolio of franchise locations
  • Act as the main point of contact for franchisees on all marketing-related topics
  • Develop localized marketing strategies aligned with company standards
  • Coordinate with internal teams (PPC, SEO, social media) to execute campaigns
  • Monitor performance, analyze results, and provide actionable recommendations
  • Build strong relationships with franchisees and understand their business goals
  • Identify opportunities for growth and proactively suggest new initiatives
  • Share best practices and successful strategies across the franchise network
  • Report on performance, insights, and risks to the Marketing Director
